- Lead, develop, and support the sales and operations of the store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and deliver excellence in all activities.
- Build spheres of influence within the store, the mall, and the city.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
- Hire and develop talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class service organization.
- Foster inclusive environments and assist career growth.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Point of Sales (POS) systems
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based

Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record in sales generation and managing sales goals.
A college/university degree is desired.
