- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Build a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and drive creativity and innovation within the team.
- Establish strong relationships within the store, the mall, and the city to enhance brand presence.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique client experiences.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive environment.
- Assess team capabilities and build development plans to support career growth.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
