- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence, guiding the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and embody LVMH values, focusing on creativity and excellence.
- Build influential relationships within the store, mall, and city.
- Strengthen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Inspire and motivate the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Lead and coach the team based on NPS scores to elevate the Tiffany Experience.
- Recruit and develop a diverse and inclusive team, fostering growth and career development.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to improve team engagement and performance.
- Fluently bilingual in French and English.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in Canada.

Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail, with a proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.
