- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Partner with the Market Vice President to identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales plans.
- Direct managers to drive client development activities and cultivate new and existing client relationships.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan to build a best-in-class service and selling organization.
- Assess capabilities and build development plans to grow talent at all levels, encouraging and coaching the team.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent sales and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to various roles and schedules.
Minimum of 10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail environments.
A college or university degree is preferred. A graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
