1. Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to achieve sales and profitability targets.
2. Cultivate a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
3. Build spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
4. Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and achieve commercial targets.
5. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
6. Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
7. Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
8. Ensure continuous presence on the sales floor to coach the team on client experience.
9. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences.
10. Recruit, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team.
11. Provide feedback and development plans to grow talent and assist career growth.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.
