- Lead and develop store sales and operations to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and embody LVMH values, including creativity and innovation.
- Build and maintain spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
- Lead and coach based on NPS scores to enhance the Tiffany Experience.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities for unique experiences.
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
- Prioritize diversity and cultivate inclusive environments.
- Assess capabilities and build development plans for talent growth.
- Provide continuous feedback and recognition to improve team engagement.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
