- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Deepen client relationships to achieve sales plans and drive lifetime loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Direct managers to drive client development among team members.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the sales floor and managing client relationships.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan to ensure a winning team and best-in-class service.
- Assess capabilities and build development plans to grow talent at all levels.
- Network and recruit to build a pipeline of diverse, multi-lingual, highly skilled talent.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and managing sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, client tracking systems, and POS systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Sales leadership and client relationship management.
- Ability to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Talent development and team management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to various roles based on business needs.
7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or GIA coursework is advantageous.
