- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets.
- Cultivate a climate of service excellence and deliver extraordinary client experiences in collaboration with the Market Vice President.
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit and embody the LVMH values of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
- Build and maintain spheres of influence within the store, mall, and city.
- Enhance client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive lifetime loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Ensure continuous Guest Experience management presence on the sales floor.
- Hire and develop a winning team, prioritizing diversity and inclusive environments.
- Provide qualitative feedback and utilize performance management processes to improve team engagement.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail sectors, with a proven track record in sales generation and client relationship management.
A college/university degree is desired.
The hiring range for this position is $123,250 - $174,000, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
