1. Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to achieve sales and profitability targets.
2. Foster a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.

4. Build and maintain influential relationships within the store, mall, and city.
5. Enhance client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.

1. Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
2. Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
5. Authorization to work in the United States.

The hiring range for this position is $123,250 - $165,000, dependent upon relevant skills and experience.
