Tiffany & Co. Staff Accountant

- Record and reconcile monthly bank account activities for corporate holding entities.
- Manage intercompany and third-party loans and senior notes activities.
- Ensure reconciliation of corporate entity intercompany balances with global counterparts.
- Prepare account reconciliations in Blackline and make necessary correcting entries.
- Analyze P&L and Balance Sheet variations for material fluctuations.
- Submit monthly financial reporting packages to the parent company.
- Monitor month-end close progress and resolve unposted ledger batches.
- Assist in preparing entries for equity, dividend, and minority interest transactions.
- Perform initial review of global Balance Sheet variations submissions.
- Analyze global Accounts Payable fluctuations quarterly.
- Support IT initiatives and execute testing procedures for system enhancements.
- Participate in business process improvement efforts, including automation solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience or strong internship experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with cross-functional teams.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.

1-2 years of relevant experience required, with strong internship experience considered.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
The hiring range for this position is $63,000 - $80,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
