Responsibilities
- Process and update service orders according to departmental production and quality standards.
- Manage parts inventory, including cycle counts and parts ordering.
- Complete technical processes such as machine engraving and embossing for Tiffany & Co. products.
- Act as a liaison to the Repair Services technical staff, troubleshooting service issues.
- Assist management with projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- 2 years experience in an administrative business or technical environment
Skills
- Machine engraving and embossing
- Inventory management
- Familiarity with graphic programs
- Knowledge of Tiffany & Co. computer systems
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years
Education Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Compensation
The hiring range for this position ranges from $25 - $34 per hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
