1. Accurately process and update service orders, ensuring daily service levels are met.
2. Provide frequent updates to management on assigned service orders.
3. Ensure the security of merchandise and stage orders for departmental movement.
4. Act as a liaison to internal clients, addressing servicing inquiries.
5. Order parts, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory issues.
6. Provide machine engraving and embossing services, ensuring quality standards.
7. Troubleshoot service issues and assist technical staff.
8. Partner with management on projects as needed.

1. High School diploma or equivalent
2. 2 years of experience in an administrative business or technical environment
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant administrative or technical role.

High School diploma or equivalent. An undergraduate degree is preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $25 - $34 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
