Tiffany & Co. Service Center Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the New York Service Center to ensure service and performance standards are met.
- Manage the completion of servicing orders for client and stock merchandise efficiently.
- Supervise craft and operations staff, ensuring a healthy and safe work environment.
- Provide financial oversight, including department labor and management of components, gemstones, and precious materials.
- Collaborate with the Landmark store team to support client servicing needs, including high jewelry service delivery.
- Support store events and client high jewelry alterations.
- Develop and implement new processes and projects, providing training and guidance to staff.
- Drive process improvements aligned with company objectives.
- Set and communicate clear goals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and overtime as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Financial acumen and understanding of expense statements
- Ability to inspire trust, fairness, integrity, and professionalism
- Decision-making skills in uncertain business situations
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail or a client-facing environment.
Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $111,000 - $157,000, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
