Tiffany & Co. Senior Tax Accountant

- Prepare quarterly and annual global tax provisions and budgets, ensuring accurate accounting and reporting of global income taxes.
- Collaborate with tax teams, business unit finance professionals, and third-party service providers to support tax accounting requirements.
- Research and document the company's position on tax accounting consequences of new accounting pronouncements, tax law changes, and business transactions.
- Gather and prepare data for US international tax provision, budgeting, and compliance computations, including GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, §163j, BEAT, and foreign tax credit utilization.
- Partner with third-party providers on the preparation and review of US tax forms such as 1120, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993, 8865, 5471s, and 5472s.
- Prepare and review federal book-to-tax differences for reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
- Collaborate with finance partners to prepare consolidated tax compliance calculations related to intercompany transactions.
- Work with tax compliance co-sourcing providers to review book-to-tax differences and federal proformas in the consolidated tax return.
- Assist with special projects related to business changes, tax incentives, finance initiatives, and other topics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years of tax experience at a large multinational company
- Working knowledge of corporate and international taxation, including U.S. tax reform
- Ability to coordinate and work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- Tax accounting principles of IAS 12 and IFRIC 23
- Experience with Hyperion, Oracle, Alteryx, and OneSource
- Understanding of state and local tax principles
A minimum of 3 years of tax experience at a large multinational company is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $120,000, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
