1. 4-5 years of experience in retail operations with expertise in merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
2. Strong analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Organized and detail-oriented.
6. Flexibility to adapt to varying business needs.
7. Authorization to work in Italy.
8. Fluency in Italian and English.
