1. Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of all merchandise, supplies, and equipment.
2. Verify incoming shipments and perform pricing verification for Third Party memos.
3. Distribute packages to appropriate departments and cross-functional teams.
4. Manage internal and external outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with policies.
5. Monitor in-transit shipments and coordinate with partners to resolve delays.
6. Maintain shipping supplies and coordinate orders with Senior Analyst.
7. Process incoming stone deliveries and ensure systematic transfer of ownership.
8. Maintain compliance with documentation requirements such as Kimberley and Warranty Statements.
9. Conduct inventory management, including cycle counts and transaction history reviews.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with business projects.
11. Adhere to safety and security procedures and report any incidents.

1. 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
2. Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
4. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
5. Experience handling sensitive and proprietary information.

4. Flexibility in changing responsibilities.
5. Experience with J.D. Edwards (preferred).

Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields such as Operations, Logistics, or Inventory Management.

Undergraduate College Degree preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $25.25 - $30.00 per hour, depending on relevant skills and experience.
