1. Oversee the physical and systematic processes of receiving, issuing, shipping, and tracking gemstones and pearls.
2. Support Inventory Control for Gemstone Acquisition, including buying, grading, and planning.
3. Ensure timely processing of stone deliveries and systematic transitions in accordance with SOPs.
4. Manage complex transactions such as purchase order conversions and stone returns.
5. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and transaction history reviews.
6. Lead training sessions and establish training standards in collaboration with department leadership.
7. Drive special projects to meet evolving business requirements and manage associated tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and international shipment documentation.
9. Identify and communicate process improvements to management.
10. Adhere to safety and security protocols and report any related incidents.

1. 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
5. Self-motivated and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.

1. Expertise in inventory management and supply chain operations.
2. Proficiency in J.D. Edwards and Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and training abilities.
5. Knowledge of the diamond industry and handling of melee stones.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, inventory management, or supply chain is required.

Undergraduate degree preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $25.25 - $30.00 per hour, contingent upon the candidate's skills and experience.
