Tiffany & Co. Senior Operations Associate

- Oversee the physical and systematic processes of receiving, issuing, shipping, and tracking gemstones and pearls.
- Support Inventory Control for Gemstone Acquisition, including buying, grading, and planning.
- Ensure timely processing of stone deliveries and systematic transitions in accordance with SOPs.
- Manage complex transactions such as purchase order conversions and stone returns.
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and transaction history reviews.
- Lead training sessions and establish training standards in collaboration with department leadership.
- Drive special projects to meet evolving business requirements and manage associated tasks.
- Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and international shipment documentation.
- Identify and communicate process improvements to management.
- Adhere to safety and security protocols and report any related incidents.
- 2-5 years of experience in Operations, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Expertise in inventory management and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in J.D. Edwards and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
- Knowledge of the diamond industry and handling of melee stones.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in operations, inventory management, or supply chain is required.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $25.25 - $30.00 per hour, contingent upon the candidate's skills and experience.
