- Execute high-level technical skills in jewelry work with exceptional quality and proficiency.
- Serve as the expert jeweler for high jewelry stone setting, particularly with center and colored stones.
- Assist the Lead Jeweler in the technical development and onboarding of all jewelry craft levels.
- Perform complex engineering projects for high jewelry and high-value pieces for Tiffany clients.
- Design, fabricate, and complete intricate jewelry modifications and repairs, including adjustable shank installations, enamel work, and bespoke alterations.
- Collaborate with CAD technicians to develop new parts and custom components.
- Support high jewelry events, potentially requiring travel and client interaction.
- Ensure all craft work meets Tiffany quality and design standards, inspecting and repairing as necessary.
- Maintain productivity standards and organize work to meet deadlines.
- Manage and secure all assigned parts, metals, and scrap according to procedures.
- Diamond and colored-stone setting experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in jewelry craftsmanship.
- Soldering and laser welding experience.
- Flexible work schedule with the ability to work overtime, including weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Expertise in diamond and colored-stone setting.
- Proficiency in soldering and laser welding.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Degree from a jewelry technical/design program or Graduate Gemology degree.
The hiring range for this position is $38 - $52 per hour, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
