1. Design and create high jewelry pieces, including Blue Book collections, ensuring alignment with Tiffany & Co.'s aesthetic and heritage.
2. Produce superior gouache renderings for unique and custom jewelry pieces.
3. Collaborate with the Advanced Design team to ensure 3D models meet design intent.
4. Partner with Product Development and suppliers to maintain the integrity of the Chief Artistic Officer's vision.
5. Conduct historical research and provide creative inspirations to senior leadership.
6. Manage the design process from concept development to final handoff, adhering to corporate timelines.
7. Evaluate and communicate feedback on design concepts to senior management.
8. Ensure accurate usage of design systems and maintain project documentation.
9. Foster communication among design teams to ensure cohesive execution.
10. Archive and organize electronic design documents.

1. Degree in Jewelry, Metals, Industrial Design, or Fine Arts, or 8+ years of industry experience in jewelry design.
2. Strong passion for jewelry and creativity with a keen aesthetic sensitivity.
3. Superior freehand drawing skills and proficiency in gouache rendering.
4. In-depth knowledge of gemology and jewelry manufacturing techniques.
5. Ability to interpret technical drawings and oversee development processes.
6. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
7. Adaptability to changes in design direction and project timeframes.
8. Knowledge of competitive retail market trends and brand identity.
9. Strong work ethic with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
10. Openness to feedback and ability to implement design revisions.

The hiring range for this position is $134,810 – $190,320, depending on skills and experience.
