- Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plan, adhering to the Tiffany Touch and highest customer service standards.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills in line with Tiffany & Co. training modules.
- Foster personalized customer interactions to enhance clienteling and repeat business.
- Embody and inspire luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
- Support store initiatives and efforts as an active team member.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales targets.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
