Tiffany & Co. Senior Client Advisor

- Cultivate strong customer relationships to meet individual Annual Net Sales plans.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic selling skills.
- Cultivate customers through personalized interactions to achieve high client repeat rates.
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Support the store team in achieving sales targets through mentoring and coaching.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare compliance in the workplace.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a preference for experience in the jewelry industry.
