1. Understand and execute on pre-determined individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships.
2. Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
3. Cultivate customers with personalized interactions.
4. Learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rate.
5. Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
6. Manage customer issues and complaints.
7. Become an active member of the store team to support the initiatives and efforts of the store and the company.
8. Ensure health, safety, and welfare of oneself and others at work.
9. Support Client Advisors in achieving their sales plans through mentoring and coaching.

1. Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
2. Previous expert selling experience.
3. Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
4. Strong customer service ethics.
5. Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
6. Strong computer skills – Word, Excel, and CRM.
7. Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
8. Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
9. Previous senior sales experience.
10. Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
