1. Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating diverse client relationships.
3. Experienced in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.
4. Passion for luxury retail.
5. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
7. Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
8. Authorization to work in Spain.
9. Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.

1. Sales and clienteling expertise in an omnichannel luxury environment.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
4. Ability to adapt and implement feedback effectively.

Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.

A college/university degree. Graduate Gemologist degree or previous GIA coursework preferred.
