1. Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable client interactions and setting a benchmark for Client Advisors.
2. Demonstrate brand ambassadorship through genuine and personalized client engagement.

5. Lead by example, supporting team members in onboarding and growth.

7. Support sales operations to achieve or exceed store sales targets.
8. Act as Guest Experience Manager, contributing to overall store performance.
9. Develop and maintain high standards of brand and product knowledge, with a focus on Diamond Expertise and High Jewelry Sales.
10. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
11. Assist management in daily operations and coordinate team efforts to enhance performance.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

1. Exceptional client engagement and communication skills.
2. Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
3. Proficiency in client relationship management and data cultivation.
4. In-depth knowledge of luxury jewelry products, particularly diamonds and high jewelry.
5. Ability to resolve conflicts and manage client concerns effectively.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
