1. Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments for clients.
2. Act as a passionate brand ambassador, providing personalized interactions that reflect the Tiffany Touch.
3. Focus on client experience behaviors aligned with luxury standards and Tiffany style.
4. Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences, including organizing private appointments and prospecting new clients.
5. Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty.
6. Collaborate with store management and headquarters CRM to enhance client relations.
7. Participate in local and international high jewelry events.
8. Resolve client and peer concerns using sound judgment and knowledge of policies.
9. Demonstrate sales leadership by capturing client data and building client books.
10. Drive business through key product pillars, with a strong focus on diamond expertise and high jewelry sales.
11. Maintain brand standards in grooming and behavior.
12. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.

1. 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality

1. Passion for client interaction both in-store and at special events
2. Empathy and ability to build strong, loyal client relationships
3. Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
4. Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus

Minimum of 3 years in luxury retail or hospitality.
