- Elevate the in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments of joy for clients.
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador, providing genuine and personalized interactions.
- Focus on client experience behaviors aligned with luxury standards and Tiffany style.
- Optimize hospitality and store amenities to create unique experiences, including organizing private appointments and prospecting new clients.
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty.
- Collaborate with store management and headquarters CRM to care for and develop Very Important Clients (VIC).
- Participate in local and international high jewelry events.
- Resolve client and peer concerns using judgment and knowledge of policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by capturing client data to cultivate new and existing clients.
- Drive business through key product pillars with a strong focus on diamond expertise and high jewelry sales.
- Maintain brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
- 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality
- Passion for client interaction both in-store and during special occasions
- Empathy and ability to build strong client relationships
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English; a third language is a plus
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within luxury retail or hospitality.
