- Deliver exceptional, personalised luxury service that upholds Tiffany’s standards of etiquette and brand integrity.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and store sales objectives and KPIs through proactive selling and client development.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies to acquire, nurture and grow a diverse client base across in-store and digital channels.
- Curate memorable client experiences including product personalization, care services and special-occasion activations.
- Act as a role model and coach to Client Advisors, providing guidance to elevate team performance and collective results.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures (inventory control, reservations, transfers, after-sales care).
- Tell the Tiffany story with authenticity and authority to inspire trust and deepen client relationships.
- Propose and support implementation of solutions and new ways of working to address store-level challenges and opportunities.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in luxury retail or client-facing roles (hospitality experience considered relevant).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Demonstrable experience in omnichannel sales and clienteling initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an understanding of luxury etiquette and service protocols.
- Flexible availability to work non-traditional retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum 3–5 years of client-facing experience in a luxury retail environment or comparable client-related sectors (e.g., high-end hospitality), with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing an active client portfolio.
College or university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist qualification or coursework from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) is advantageous.
