1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail or client-related fields.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales results and cultivating diverse client relationships.
3. Passion for luxury retail, with jewelry or watch expertise preferred.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Knowledge of luxury etiquette and service orientation.
6. Experience in deploying sales strategies and clienteling initiatives.

1. Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems and client tracking systems.
2. Digitally-savvy with omnichannel tools.
3. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
4. Authorization to work in the UK.
5. Proficiency in multiple languages preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or client-related field.

A college/university degree preferred; Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework is a plus.
