- Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plan, adhering to the Tiffany Touch and highest customer service standards.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills, in line with TCO training modules and standards.
- Engage in personalized interactions to cultivate repeat clientele.
- Embody and inspire luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Participate actively in store team initiatives and support company efforts.
- Ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
- Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and CRM.
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, with at least 2 years in retail, preferably within the jewelry industry.
