Tiffany & Co. Senior Analyst - Product Development

- Oversee the daily execution of new product development from concept to launch.
- Facilitate communication and interaction with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth progress through each development stage.
- Manage new product samples and coordinate systematic product setup.
- Organize sample photography and product signoff processes.
- Execute project plans for supplier development of new products and business continuity projects.
- Identify project risks and collaborate with project managers on mitigation strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation to track key milestones.
- Collaborate with the Design team to ensure alignment with design vision.
- Coordinate with the Gem Acquisition/Diamond Division for timely stone supply.
- Establish and manage stone shipment timelines and processes.
- Assist in product setup for internal meetings and coordinate cross-functional resources.
- Monitor project costs throughout the development process.
- Support the maintenance of accurate project tracking documents and systems.
- Ensure security of new samples, borrowed merchandise, and loose stones.
- Coordinate sample borrow needs for marketing, PR, and internal meetings.
- Build credible working relationships with various teams to drive business needs.
- Update project detail documents and provide organized information at design meetings.
- Coordinate agendas and update recaps for cross-functional meetings.
- Communicate with vendors regarding new product development and manage vendor communications.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing project information to Global Merchandising, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Publicity, and Training.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant product development experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and project management skills

The hiring range for this position is $101,575 - $137,425, dependent on skills and experience.
