- Monitor and implement legislative and regulatory changes affecting HR compliance.
- Research and analyze the impact of legal changes on organizational policies.
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure adherence to new regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and practices to align with organizational needs.
- Communicate and enforce compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead employee relations strategies and initiatives to manage people risk.
- Oversee workforce reduction strategies and maintain compliance with legal standards.
- Manage sensitive employee reports and information discreetly.
- Generate reports to identify trends in employee relations.
- Lead training initiatives to enhance employee knowledge on compliance matters.
- Provide consultation on employee relations compliance and risk management.
- Conduct internal reviews and ensure fair resolution of employee concerns.
- 4+ years of experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Employment Law.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively.
- Sound judgment and discretion in handling complex situations.
- Expertise in HR compliance and policy development.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and risk management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent training and communication abilities.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive initiatives.
Minimum of 4 years in HR, Employee Relations, or Employment Law, with a preference for experience in retail environments.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
The hiring range for this position is $97,000 to $130,000, dependent on skills and experience.
