1. Prepare and review invoices and sales accounts receivable journal entries.
2. Manage e-commerce orders and perform deposit and accounts receivable reconciliations.
3. Monitor accounts receivable movements and balances.
4. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including reporting, internal control, audit support, and tax compliance.
5. Forecast cash related to sales transactions and monitor variances between forecasts and actuals.
6. Provide financial operational support to boutiques and respond to inquiries from various departments.
7. Participate in special projects as required.

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivables Management or Retail Sales.
2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
7. High level of integrity and professionalism.
8. Business-level proficiency in English.
