- Provide exceptional security and operations support to enhance sales and service.
- Collaborate with Senior Security Officer and Management to deter theft, report missing assets, respond to emergencies, and implement Incident Management Programs.
- Ensure adherence to security systems and procedures through daily inspections, equipment checks, alarm tests, and report submissions.
- Execute operations tasks including opening and closing procedures, assisting with facilities repairs, and communicating with the store team.
- Support both security and back of house operations and controls.
- Deliver a positive Tiffany experience for each client, fostering long-term relationships and driving customer loyalty.
- Act as a Tiffany ambassador, supporting store operations to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Enhance in-store experience by delivering memorable customer interactions and optimizing hospitality and store amenities.
- High School Graduate
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Minimum of 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in a security-related position preferred.
High School Graduate
The hiring range for this position is $22.53 - $30.48 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
