1. Maintain a physical security presence on the sales floor, interacting with customers to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
2. Serve as a visual deterrent to shoplifting, robbery, and dishonest employee activity.
3. Respond promptly to all emergency situations.
4. Monitor daily activity on the sales floor to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
5. Assist with key control as necessary.
6. Support management and merchandising with the secure transport of jewelry from vault to caseline and vice versa during store opening and closing.
7. Ensure all caseline drawers are locked and trash bins checked for merchandise during store closing.
8. Assist the Security Supervisor in ensuring the safety of all employees during store opening and closing.
9. Collaborate with branch management on security-related functions, including special events.
10. Undertake other projects as assigned by the Security Supervisor or branch management.

1. High School Diploma
2. Basic computer skills
3. Availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Minimum 1 year of prior experience in a security-related position

2. Excellent communication abilities
3. Proficiency in basic computer operations
4. Ability to respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-related role, with preference given to those with experience in a retail environment.

High School Diploma
