1. Oversee the physical security of the facility, including monitoring CCTV, card access, and burglar alarm systems.
2. Conduct physical inspections and tours of the building as required.
3. Monitor building entries to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
4. Ensure proper documentation, recording, and escorting of visitors, and verify employee authorization for entry.
5. Operate metal detection processes for high-security areas and monitor compliance with security policies.
6. Inspect trash and discarded materials from high-security areas to prevent security breaches.
7. Respond to building emergencies, including burglar and fire alarm activations and medical emergencies.

1. High School diploma or equivalent required.
2. Fluency in English is mandatory.
3. Computer literacy is essential.
4. Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
5. Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management to enforce security procedures.

1. Proficiency in operating security systems and equipment.
2. Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in security, preferably within a distribution center, manufacturing, or corporate environment.

High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor of Arts degree preferred.
