1. Lead and develop the security team to uphold the Global Protection Department's mission.
2. Collaborate with the Regional Security Manager to address all security-related business needs.
3. Manage security operations to ensure the protection of company assets, employees, and clients.
4. Maintain Global Protection Standards and optimize security schedules.
5. Oversee the local Emergency Action Plan and serve as the point person during emergencies.
6. Develop and maintain an external network of security contacts.
7. Ensure physical security systems and equipment are functioning optimally.
8. Conduct vulnerability evaluations and address facilities-related issues.
9. Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and increase overall spend.
10. Recruit and develop a diverse, highly skilled security team.
11. Oversee security for client events and ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant security management experience.
2. Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
3. Experience in managing security operations in a retail environment.

The hiring range for this position is $70,795-$96,025, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
