- Lead and develop the security team to uphold the Global Protection Department's mission.
- Collaborate with the Regional Security Manager to address all security-related business needs.
- Manage security operations to ensure the protection of company assets, employees, and clients.
- Maintain Global Protection Standards and optimize security schedules.
- Oversee the local Emergency Action Plan and serve as the point person during emergencies.
- Develop and maintain an external network of security contacts.
- Ensure physical security systems and equipment are functioning optimally.
- Conduct vulnerability evaluations and address facilities-related issues.
- Enhance client relationships to drive loyalty and increase overall spend.
- Recruit and develop a diverse, highly skilled security team.
- Oversee security for client events and ensure comprehensive security measures are in place.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant security management experience.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience in managing security operations in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in security systems and emergency management.
- Ability to build and maintain external security networks.
- Customer service excellence.
A minimum of 3 years in security management, preferably within a retail or luxury environment.
The hiring range for this position is $70,795-$96,025, dependent on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
