- Lead and develop the security team to support the Global Protection Department's mission.
- Ensure adherence to Global Protection Standards, focusing on security culture drivers such as MPS and employee awareness training.
- Collaborate with Operations and Regional Security to identify and implement shrink reduction strategies.
- Optimize security schedules to ensure coverage during peak hours and events.
- Oversee the local Emergency Action Plan and act as the point person during emergencies.
- Maintain an external network of contacts for enhanced branch security information.
- Ensure all physical security systems are maintained and functional, including CCTV and alarms.
- Conduct vulnerability evaluations as directed by the Regional Security Manager.
- Manage the security team to support store operations and achieve sales and service targets.
- Develop and execute a Talent Action Plan for each security employee.
- Oversee security for client events, ensuring safety and successful execution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security management role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience in managing security operations in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in security systems and emergency management.
- Ability to build and maintain external security networks.
A minimum of 3 years in a security management position, preferably within a retail environment.
The hiring range for this position is $70,795-$96,025, dependent on skills and experience.
