1. Monitor and respond to global alerts, alarms, and events impacting company facilities, travelers, and employees, providing immediate information and assistance as needed.
2. Ensure the operational integrity of security equipment by performing regular checks and initiating service calls for any failed equipment.
3. Deliver quality customer service to all employees and visitors contacting the Security Control Center.
4. Enforce departmental and company policies and procedures, completing inter-department reports and logs accurately and promptly.
5. Monitor building-related security systems, including CCTV, card access control, and alarm systems, and respond to incidents as necessary.
6. Collaborate with Landmark Leadership on security investigations, providing detailed reviews and consistent monitoring of employee safety and standard operating procedures.

1. Minimum of 3 years of security experience
2. Proven experience in retail investigations
3. Effective oral and written communication skills
4. Fluent in English
5. Proficient computer skills

7. Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately

The hiring range for this position is $25.16 - $34.04 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
