Tiffany & Co. Security Control Operator

- Monitor and respond to global alerts, alarms, and events impacting company facilities, travelers, and employees, providing immediate information and assistance as needed.
- Ensure the operational integrity of security equipment by performing regular checks and initiating service calls for any failed equipment.
- Deliver quality customer service to all employees and visitors contacting the Security Control Center.
- Enforce departmental and company policies and procedures, completing inter-department reports and logs accurately and promptly.
- Monitor building-related security systems, including CCTV, card access control, and alarm systems, and respond to incidents as necessary.
- Collaborate with Landmark Leadership on security investigations, providing detailed reviews and consistent monitoring of employee safety and standard operating procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of security experience
- Proven experience in retail investigations
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English

A minimum of 3 years in security, with a focus on retail investigations, is required.
The hiring range for this position is $25.16 - $34.04 per hour, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
