1. Organize and manage workshop orders, ensuring proper departmental routing.
2. Perform final finishing and cleaning tasks on various materials, addressing any defects.
3. Operate machine engraving equipment for product customization.
4. Conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with Tiffany & Co. standards.
5. Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines and wearing protective equipment.
6. Contribute to service excellence by ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members and business partners to achieve departmental success.
8. Ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
9. Maintain equipment and work areas according to safety guidelines.
10. Adapt to a multi-tasking environment to support workshop processes and meet departmental KPIs.
