1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experience through hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if required.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions.
8. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales servicing.
9. Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.
