1. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
2. Enhance client experiences through hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage floor waiting lists accurately if needed.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and perform all POS functions post-purchase.
8. Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as required.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 to $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. The offered rate will depend on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
