1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and experience the Tiffany brand's legendary service.
2. Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and amenities, aiming to positively influence sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions post-purchase decision.
9. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations through adherence to policies and procedures.
10. Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proven client service skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
5. Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
6. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.

The hiring range for this position is $20.40 - $27.60 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission.
