- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are greeted promptly and receive a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance client experiences with hospitality and Landmark amenities.
- Perform duties such as assisting with boxing and wrapping items, personalization sales, replenishing POS supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.
- Interact with clients to create luxury experiences that positively impact sales and service.
- Conduct one-on-one selling ceremonies when required, as approved by management.
- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Availability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required.
The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $27.00 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
