1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience reflective of the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences through hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, ensuring neatness and organization.
8. Perform all POS functions after client purchase decisions are finalized.
9. Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
4. Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.
