- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience reflective of the Tiffany brand.
- Enhance client experiences through hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, ensuring neatness and organization.
- Perform all POS functions after client purchase decisions are finalized.
- Assist the operations team with policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
