1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities to build personalized interactions, positively impacting sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions post client purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 to $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. The rate of pay will depend on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
