1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience reflective of the Tiffany brand.
2. Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
3. Assist with engraving services where applicable.
4. Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if necessary.
5. Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
6. Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
7. Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized sales floor areas.
8. Perform all POS functions following a client's purchase decision.
9. Assist the operations team with operational policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
10. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple responsibilities.
4. Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
5. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
6. Authorization to work in the United States.

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 to $30.02 per hour, with eligibility for sales commission. The rate of pay offered will depend on the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
