- Prepare crystal merchandise for the etching process, including unwrapping, inspecting, and counting crystal units.
- Apply film on crystal pieces using appropriate measuring guides and tools according to servicing instructions.
- Remove excess packaging materials to facilitate workflow.
- Collaborate with Inventory Control to address overages and shortages.
- Ensure timely processing of fragrance orders by coordinating with the engraving department.
- Receive and manually track Customer's Own Merchandise orders from the TSC.
- Perform final washing and drying of crystal post-sandblasting.
- Expose artwork onto film using an exposing unit with UV lighting and wash out film using power or auto washers.
- Match paperwork to merchandise, scan work into PKMS, and prioritize orders by date.
- Perform sandblasting and final washout of merchandise, maintaining equipment and a clean work area.
- Inspect merchandise for flaws and ensure quality standards are met, communicating issues to Management, Quality Assurance, and Inventory Control.
- Adapt to new responsibilities and support all Personalization areas and Distribution as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and promptly report incidents.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing functions.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Compliance with Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours and overtime as necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Entry-level position with a preference for candidates with two years of work experience in a technical or production-based environment.
High School diploma or equivalent.
The hourly wage ranges from $19 to $26, depending on relevant skills and experience.
