1. Prepare crystal merchandise for the etching process, including unwrapping, inspecting, and counting units.
2. Apply film on crystal pieces using measuring guides and setup tools according to servicing instructions.
3. Remove excess packaging materials to facilitate workflow.
4. Collaborate with Inventory Control to address overages and shortages.
5. Ensure timely pickup and processing of fragrance orders by visiting standard engraving stations.
6. Receive and manually track Customer’s Own Merchandise orders from the TSC on a spreadsheet.
7. Perform final washing and drying of crystal post sandblasting.
8. Set up crystal merchandise for sandblasting, including masking pieces with measuring tools.
9. Expose artwork onto film using an ultra-violet lighting unit and perform washout and drying processes.
10. Match paperwork to merchandise, scan work into PKMS, and prioritize orders by date.
11. Conduct crystal finishing, including sandblasting, taping, and final washing using soak tanks and drying processes.
12. Inspect merchandise for flaws and ensure quality and accuracy of etched orders, redirecting failed pieces as necessary.
13. Communicate quality and standard issues to Management, Quality Assurance, and Inventory Control.
14. Adapt to new responsibilities and support all Personalization areas and Distribution as needed.
15. Consistently follow safe work procedures and report incidents and safety issues promptly.

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Attention to detail is imperative.
3. Excellent hand and eye coordination.
4. Highly flexible and able to change functions as needed.
5. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
7. Ability to prioritize workflow, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and work with minimum supervision.
8. Compliance with all Tiffany & Co. policies and procedures regarding safety, security, attendance, proper attire, personal protective equipment, and equipment operation.
9. Ability to work non-traditional hours and overtime as necessary.
10. Ability to lift 35 lbs, with occasional lifting of 50 lbs.

Two years of work experience in a technical or production-based environment preferred. Knowledge of PKMS and WMS is advantageous.
