1. Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted.
2. Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
3. Assist with engraving services and manage the floor waiting list as needed.
4. Maintain a clean and well-stocked hospitality area.
5. Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
6. Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions.
7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations.
8. Assist with inventory management and special projects.

1. Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in client service and multitasking.
5. Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
6. Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. Authorization to work in the United States.

The hiring range for this position is $22.19 - $30.02 per hour, depending on skills and experience.
