- Assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, creating luxury experiences that enhance sales and service.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and directing clients throughout The Landmark.
- Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted appropriately.
- Engage with clients to share Tiffany & Co.'s history, product introductions, and service offerings.
- Utilize storytelling and conversation to discern client needs, partnering them with the appropriate Sales Professional to achieve sales goals.
- Accurately manage the floor waiting list.
- Communicate potential service issues to management.
- Share client interactions and impressions of the brand with management.
- Foster collaboration and work effectively in a team environment.
- Support all hospitality and selling events, ensuring areas are stocked and clean.
- Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized sales floor areas.
- Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information in accordance with Record Retention Guidelines.
- Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility in adapting to change.
- Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about New York City, including restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions.
- Experience in luxury hospitality industries such as restaurants, hotels, retail, or security.
- Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Beginner level experience in luxury hospitality industries such as restaurants, hotels, retail, or security is required.
The hiring range for this position is $19.72 - $24.00 per hour, dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
