1. Deliver the Tiffany Touch to every client interaction, setting the tone for the client's visit.
2. Assist and interact with clients warmly and courteously, enhancing luxury experiences.
3. Attend to the needs of clients while greeting and directing them throughout the Flagship store.
4. Engage with clients, sharing Tiffany & Co. history, product introductions, and service offerings.
5. Utilize storytelling to discern client needs and partner them with appropriate sales professionals.
6. Manage the floor waiting list accurately.
7. Communicate potential service issues to management.
8. Share client interactions and brand impressions with management.
9. Foster collaboration and work effectively in a team environment.
10. Support hospitality and selling events, ensuring all areas are stocked and clean.
11. Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
12. Safeguard Tiffany property and handle sensitive client information according to guidelines.
13. Support company initiatives and demonstrate agility with change.
