- Act as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted in line with the Tiffany brand.
- Support the sales team in enhancing the client experience by improving store hospitality and personalized services to positively impact sales and client satisfaction.
- Assist with engraving stations and efficiently handle clients' special requests.
- Manage floor waiting lists and communicate wait times accurately to clients.
- Ensure the hospitality area is well-stocked, organized, and clean, maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
- Communicate potential service issues to management to ensure smooth client interactions.
- Assist with boxing, wrapping items, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
- Keep all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized, assisting with transaction processes post-purchase decisions.
- Support the operations team in adhering to policies and procedures to ensure optimal store operations.
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.
- Availability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on excellent client service.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Capability to work with a diverse client base.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is preferred.
